Designed to deepen the bond between you and your child,  this unique program spans four engaging modules, each filled with enriching activities to nurture mindfulness, creativity, and connection.

What's Inside the Program?

Each module includes:

  • A Breathing Practice: Learn calming techniques for both you and your child.
  • A Yoga Class: Engaging poses tailored for kids and parents to enjoy together.
  • Journal/Discussion Prompts: Explore feelings and thoughts in an open, supportive environment.
