Movement and mindfulness for all. We all deserve to feel good in our mind, body, and soul.

Movement. Accessibility. Attention. Empower. Community.
Yoga. Pilates. Mindfulness.

Summer Series

Let's take care of ourselves.

Hi, I'm Jenn, founder of Always Active, mom of three little people, and a passionate goal getter. Movement has always healed my soul and moved my energy, from hiking mountains, to evening yoga classes, pushing myself in triathlons or the magic in a walk along the beach. Movement and mindfulness create the opportunity to feel good from the inside out. Movement is the opportunity to connect with your body, build strength, increase your health and overall well being, and live the best version of yourself. You deserve to feel good from the inside out.

An opportunity for Everybody

No matter your fitness level or ability, Always Active has an activity for you.

Pilates

Core strength is at the center of every move your body makes.  Put in the work to build those muscles and you’ll be sure to notice a boost to your mobility and stamina throughout the day.

Yoga

Yoga is the journey back to self. So come and quiet your mind, move your body, and really tap into how you are feeling, creating space to become the person you truly want to be.

Physical Literacy

Physical literacy is the motivation, confidence, physical competence, knowledge, and understanding to value and take responsibility for engagement in physical activities in life.

5 Pillars of Always Active

Always Active is all about getting your body moving, feeling good while doing it, and having fun. The more fun you have, the more motivated you will be to move your body in other ways. We are here to build community connections, resilience, and empower everybody to get moving.

No matter where you are in your movement journey you will find Always Active guided by these 5 Pillars.

Our bodies are designed to move, and movement should feel good. No matter how you like to move your body, the goal is optimal physical wellness.

Each of our bodies are designed differently. How can movement support you where you are at? How can we modify our practices to better support you?

Quiet your mind and pay attention to your body, your sensations, your feelings, your thoughts.

Step into your own power through self reflection and the power within. Shine your bright light, and be your truest self. In doing so you will increase your happiness, mental well-being, and empower those around you to continue to grow.

It takes a village. Let us support each other, encourage each other, and be kind to eachother. How can we nurture and improve our in person and virtual communities.
