I'm Jennifer Sivertson

 

Hi, I’m Jenn— prenatal yoga teacher, Pilates instructor, and mother to three. I created The Motherhood Movement to offer the kind of support I wish I had in my own transition to motherhood. This is a space of care, honesty, and connection.
