75 Strong (inspired by the 75 Hard Challenge), is designed to be tailored by you, for you, in order to meet your specific goals. A 75 day challenge where you build mental and physical strength through a set of daily habits. We know that what you need may differ from what the next person needs and there is no cookie cutter formula for success. In order to achieve attainable results that you will want to continue long after the 75 days, your daily tasks must be suited to YOU and what you need. Think of this as not just a short term challenge, but a long term lifestyle implementation.

We are here to support you on the days that feel hard, to celebrate you on the wins along the way and to cheer you on as you evolve into who you are meant to be.

What to expect? Once you sign up, you will receive:

  • Preparation emails that help set you up for success.
  • Mindset tips, fundamental planning and scheduling that make Day 1 enjoyable and easy! 
  • 75 Strong Facebook group access. Surround yourself with like-minded individuals who are here to crush goals, create and sustain healthy lifestyle changes and have fun along the way!
  • Workshop that walks you through how to create your own daily checklist of activities. You will be formulating your own daily task list (but don’t worry - we have lots of suggestions!)
  •  Daily support, accountability and motivation. You do not have to do this alone. Each day will feature a tip, question, nugget of wisdom or connection. Be as involved as you choose, and remember: what you put in is what you get out.
  • Giveaways for completing the program.
