Pilates is building strength from the inside out. Working through movement and breath, we strengthen and tone muscles, supporting your body in all areas of life.

 

Yoga

Classes for everybody, no matter where you are in your journey of life. Yoga can support you to slow down, turn inwards, and reflect. Take a moment to quiet your mind and tune into your inner voice.

Hi, I'm Jenn, founder of Always Active. I've been active in a variety of sports and modalities for my entire life. Join me as I bring more opportunities to our west coast town of Sooke, and all of Southern Vancouver Island.

Pilates

Core strength is at the center of every move your body makes.  Put in the work to build those muscles and you’ll be sure to notice a boost to your mobility and stamina throughout the day.

Yoga

Yoga is the journey back to self. So come and quiet your mind, move your body, and really tap into how you are feeling, creating space to become the person you truly want to be.
